Shipping Information
Can I track my order?
Yes! All order ship out via UPS. After your order has shipped your gift advisor will email you a tracking number. If you prefer, we can also ship your order using your FedEx or UPS account.
Where is my order shipping from?
We are located in the United States, Buffalo Grove, IL just outside of Chicago. Every order goes a through rigorous quality control process before being shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Our gifting platform is set up for shipping to US and Canada. We can accommodate shipping to most other countries, but due to VAT and customs regulations those arrangements have to be set up through your account rep.
If your shipment is returned back to us for any reason (missing suite or street numbers, refused delivery, etc.) additional charges will be assessed to reship it back to you. All undelivered and unclaimed packages will be processed as a return. Due to the nature of custom production, all sales are final.
